These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and The Nexo Apps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the LeadsLytic mobile application and associated alert notification services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LeadsLytic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and uninstall the application.
By submitting any Network API token or key into LeadsLytic, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:
Informational Display Only: The financial calculations, call revenues, conversion counts, and campaign metrics presented in LeadsLytic are fetched directly from external third-party network APIs. They are provided solely for operational awareness and convenience.
No Accounting or Financial Guarantee: LeadsLytic does not provide accounting, financial, legal, or business advice. Network buyer scrub rates, delayed postbacks, clawbacks, and adjustments applied by third-party buyers or networks may cause reported figures to differ from final audited bank settlements. Always verify financial statements with your official network portal.
Best-Effort Delivery: While LeadsLytic utilizes high-speed cloud polling and Google Firebase infrastructure to deliver live call notifications, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, uninterrupted service, or zero-latency alert delivery.
External Dependencies: Notification delivery depends on external factors beyond our control, including third-party API response times, mobile carrier network stability, Android OS battery optimization ("Doze" mode), and device push permissions.
You agree that you will not:
The LeadsLytic application, its custom visual design, user interface, brand assets, source code, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of The Nexo Apps and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our proprietary software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall The Nexo Apps, its founders, owners (including Usman Jutt and Arfat Nizamani), developers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities; damages resulting from any third-party network API outages, account suspensions, call delays, or missed push notifications; or discrepancies between reported metrics and final payout settlements.
You use this Service entirely at your own risk. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the application and disconnect your API tokens.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Access to web lead forms, form submissions, and web hosting provided via LeadsLytic.com is subject to the separate web platform terms and billing policies outlined at leadslytic.com.
You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by simply deleting your Network API accounts from the application and uninstalling the software. We reserve the right to revoke access or terminate service to any device or user that violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to software services, without regard to conflict of law principles.
